In the hostel breakfast in Amsterdam there was this breakfast meat -- like US lunchmeat, sort of like sausage -- which was identified only as "chicken." It was as fine-grained and smooth as bologna and had little sprinkles of vegetables and maybe herbs throughout it. It tasted like chicken soup, and I loved it. What is its name?
